(“ZapPrint”, “our” or “us”) provides this website https://www.zapprint.com.my (“Website”) and all products and/or services subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”).

2. Orders & Payment
• All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified without notice.
• Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation from ZapPrint.
• Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, FPX, JomPay, and approved credit terms.
• Orders are processed only after full payment is received and verified.
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and inclusive of SST. Additional charges may apply for changes post-confirmation.
3. Artwork & Design
• You may upload your own artwork, use ZapPrint’s design templates, or engage our design services.
• You are responsible for ensuring your artwork complies with our specifications.
• ZapPrint is not liable for errors in user-submitted artwork or delays due to late approvals.
• Colour deviations may occur due to CMYK printing limitations. ZapPrint does not guarantee exact colour matches.
4. Delivery
• Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Changes may not be possible once production begins.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. ZapPrint is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect addresses.
• You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.
5. Cancellations & Complaints
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Refunds are subject to management approval.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
• Reprints may be offered for defective goods, subject to return of the full quantity.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Website, including logos, designs, and trademarks, are the property of ZapPrint Sdn. Bhd.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
